1 - INFORMATION ABOUT THE MACHINE
1.1 - Use precautions
1.1.1 - General precautions
•
The device can be used only by trained operators who must perfectly know the safety aspects contained
in this manual.
•
In case of operator exchanges , the new one must be first trained.
•
Before beginning any repair, maintenance or cleaning work make sure the device has been disconnected
from power socket and has cooled down.
•
During cleaning, maintenance or repair operations, concentrate on operations and be attention to residual
hazard.
•
Check regularly the power supply cable state. If it is ruined or not perfectly integral, it should be a serious
electrical hazard.
ATTENTION: Do not remove any device part, maintenance or repair works must be carried out only
by qualified technician.
•
In case of damage or malfunction, you must not use the machine and must never try to repair the device
your self. Let contact a qualified Service Centre.
•
This device must be used indoors to cook toast, sandwiches, rolls and other similar food. Do not use it
for anything beyond or other then its intended use. Do not bake bread or buns. Do not toast pastries,
cheese or sugar glazed bread. Do not use it to dry things.
•
The manufacturer do not accept any claims resulting for damage caused by:
•
Machine or feeder tampering with not authorized personnel.
•
Use of any accessory or spare parts not original.
•
Not following of the instruction of this manual.
•
Use on surfaces of abrasive agents, chemical corrosive substances or materials which could ruin it.
1.1.2 – Safety instructions
ATTENTION: To minimize damages and injuries hazard we urge to:
•
Do not use the device outdoors or where there are possibility of water jets.
•
Do not use the oven if it does not work correctly, if it is damaged or if it is wet.
•
Do not leave the device unattended in presence of children.
•
Do not block or insert any object in aerations openings.
•
Do not insert into the conveyor belt any object and never lay on it something that can fall through or
can get entangled.
•
During operation and after use some parts of the device become very hot. In order to avoid injures do
not touch these surfaces.
To minimize the risk of fire :
•
Never leave the device operating unattended.
•
Do not place fuel or inflammable materials near or on the toaster.
•
If you see smoke come from oven, turn of it and pull off the plug.
1.2 - Safety information
This oven is equipped with all electrical and mechanical safety devices prescribed by CEE 73/23, CEE 89/336,
UNI EN 60335-1 and UNI EN 60335-2-48/2000 directives.
In spite of that are left some residual hazards pointed out in this manual, related to burning risk coming from
product taking off and cleaning of the machine.
