If you have any doubt or uncertainty on grounding or electrical connection call an electrician or qualified
personnel.

The manufacturer and the retailer do not accept any claims resulting for damage or injures caused by
wrong electrical procedures of installation.
•
Make sure that plug and cable are not damaged, that cable is not placed under the oven or in contact with
hot, sharp or abrasive surfaces.
•
The power plug must be always accessible, so you can quickly disconnect it in an emergency.

5 - OPERATING
5.1 - Control panel
Left knob (pos.2 fig.4) adjust the conveyor belt moving speed, turning it clockwise (to + mark) decrease the
belt speed and than increase the toasting time from 20 second to about 80 seconds.
Right knob ( pos 3 fig.4) set the heating mode:
OFF: power switched off
STBY: power safe mode – toaster is supplyed with 25% of nominal power, so it is keeped warm to reach in few
minutes the right temperature.
BUNS: top heat mode.
TOAST: full heat mode – heating both from up and down sides.

5.2 - Use of the machine
Before using device remove with care the protective foil without leaving glue remainder . In case remove these
remainder without use of pointed tools, abrasive or inflammable materials.
Do not use accessories different than those issued.
Before using device make sure that inner surfaces are clean (see chap. 6).
It is possible to collect the toasted product both on the front and the rear side:
ATTENTION: before to do the following operations turn off the toaster and take off the supply plug, make sure
that all components are cooled down or use appropriate protection gloves.
•
Front side toasts collection:
1.
Slide the toast front plate (pos. 9 fig. 1) to the back under the device with the bended side faced up
and hook it into the lower edge of the back opening.
2.
insert the metal flap (pos.10 fig.1) inside the oven into the apposite holes, put it vertically and
block it turning its hook on the left closing in that way the rear opening.
•
Back side toasts collection:
1.
insert the metal flap (pos.10 fig.1) inside the oven into the apposite holes, put it tilted so that it stay
just under the belt.
2.
Hook the backside collector plate (pos. 8 fig. 1) to the provided bolts underneath the rear opening.
If you want place the food directly on the tape you must flap back the toast supply grating (pos. 5 fig. 1) to the
top of the device.
5.2.1 - Operating instructions
Before using device make sure that inner surfaces are clean (see chap. 6) and push the crumb collect tray as
far as it will go into the opening beneath the conveyor belt.

Turn the right knob on the needed heating mode position (see par. 5.1) and wait that oven rise its
temperature (about 20 minutes). NOTE: If the right knob is not on the OFF position, the lamp will
light, the belt starts moving and the oven starts heating.

Set the toasting time from 80 seconds (position 7) to 20 seconds (position 1). ATTENTION: we
recommend to test the product browning using first a short time and than to increase it to the right
result.

Prepare the food to toast and place it on the supply grating (pos. 5 fig. 1).
4-
Put out the toasted food from front or back side depending on chosen collector side.

Continue to put in food to toast as point 3.

At the end of toasting cycle turn the right knob on the OFF or STBY position. Always clean the
gratings and the oven.
ATTENTION: Check with care the position and the steady of the supply grating, of the belt and never force
into the oven anything.
6 - CLEANING
6.1 - General information
•
Turn off the toaster and take off the supply plug before to clean the device. Attention: the supply plug
must be dried before operating again the device.
•
Wait until the device was cooled down than clean with a damp, soft cloth and a mild detergent.
•
Clean the casing with a wet cloth. To avoid damages of electrical parts, never drop water in aeration
holes.
•
Remove the crumb collect tray the grating and all the plates and wash them with hot water and detergent
manually or in a washing machine.
•
Use not abrasive clothes and detergents. Avoid the use of spray and other harsh cleaners as they may
stain or streak the device surfaces.
•
DO NOT CLEAN USING WATER JETS, NEVER IMMERSE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
