ATTENTION! It is disallowed to store fuel behind the
boiler or to unload it beside the boiler to the distance
smaller than 400mm. It is also disallowed to store fuel
between two boilers in the boiler room.
5.3. Cleaning of the boiler.
The boiler walls inside the combustion chamber, smoky boiler draughts
and smoky chimney cleaning must be carried out periodically and
adequately at least 1 time a week. Regular cleaning is important to ensure
the optimal performance and long operational life of the boiler.
At the start of each new heating season it is recommended that the
cleaning of the boiler be carried out by a qualified service.
ATTENTION! After boilers cleaning make sure that
the waste-gas flue shutter installed on its operation
place as shown on p.2.2.
The ash from the ashtray to be emptied during the operation of the boiler
even several times per day according to the sort of used fuel because a full
ashtray prevents the right distribution of the burning air under the fuel and
causes unequal burning process of fuel.
CAUTION! The ash is needed to be put away into the
fireproof container with a cover. It is necessary to use
protective facilitations and to pay attention to personal
safety while operating.
If there is a settlement of tar silt on the walls of the burning space while
using fuels with higher gas build up it can be removed with a scraper or by
burning out with a help of dry wood (eventually coke) when setting the
boiler to the maximum operating temperature.
6. IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS.

The boiler must be operated only by adults who are introduced to
these operating instructions. It is unallowable to let children at the
boiler unattended of adults. Interventions into the boiler construction
that could threaten the health of the operating staff are disallowed.
