supervised or if they were not instructed on the use of device by a 
person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play 
with the boiler.

Flammable materials must not be in the minimal distance of 1500 
mm from the boiler when emptying the ash at the boiler.

disallowed

 to overheat the boiler during its operation.

not recommended

 to operate the boiler for a long period of time 

at an output lower than 50%.

 usage of flammable liquids for firing the boiler.

When the boiler operates at a lower temperature than of 60 °C the 
retting, or the so called low – temperature rust, of the boiler drum 
may occur that reduces the operating life of the boiler drum. 
Therefore we recommend to operate the boiler at a temperature of   
60 °C or higher. We recommend to install the 3 or 4 way mixing 
valve in order to maintain mentioned temperature in the boiler. 

9.

 

After finishing of the heating period it is necessary to properly clean 
the boiler, smoke stack and chimney. The smoky flap mechanism and 
other movable parts should be covered with graphite grease. 

10.

 

It is necessary to install a pressure-relief valve for maximum 
overpressure of 2 bars and thermomanometer for pressure control. 
The pressure-relief valve must be located directly behind the boiler. 
Any stop valve must not be located between the pressure-relief valve 
and boiler.

The cooling coil must be activated constantly in order to prevent the 
system overheating. 

12.

 

It is recommended to install a buffer tank and pump type group with 
thermostatic mixing valve to the boiler. The capacity of buffer is 55 
liters of water per 1 kW installed boiler power. 

13.

 

During assembly, installation and operation of the appliance it is 
necessary to comply with standards that apply in the relevant country 
of destination. 

14.

 

In order to increase the endurance life of brick chimney the inner 
walls of chimney should be lined with steel. 

 

 

ATTENTION! Failure to observe the installation and 

operating requirements described in this manual voids 
the warranty and shorten an endurance life of boiler.
