RS485 is the connection ports, just select RS485. Normally, the carry value of commends of
serial ports are in 16 and they must be identical with those of tracking cameras or recording
system. In this way, the tracking cameras or recording system will be able to work normally.

If I/O connection is the communications connection method, then please select the
connection type in I/O. There are 8 options in I/O connections, from I/O1 to I/O8. Users
can do the configuration based upon the physical interface. If the connection style is I/O,
then there is no need to input any commend but to activate certain action with electricity
triggering to achieve the desired actions.

If the connection of cameras and the main system is via network, then please select Network.
There are continuous and one-time modes. Continuous mode refers to switch right after
been triggered and switch to another scenario after certain time. One-time mode refers to
be triggered one time and switch to certain image and keep switching to a certain senerio.

VGA (Lecturer’s computer / laptop) signal switch

Users can select “Network” and “Auto Detect” to proceed image switch. When selecting
“Network,” there should be a software installed into lecturer’s computer / laptop and
configured an identical IP and connection port (9999) with recording system. If there is any
action in lecturer’s computer / laptop, the signal will be transmitted to the recording system
via network to trigger image switch. When “Auto Detect” is selected, there is no need to
install any software into lecturer’s computer / laptop. If there is any action on lecturer’s
computer / laptop, then the image switch will be triggered automatically. VGA delay can be
modified based on users’ requirements. The default value of VGA delay is 10S. The above
2 settings will be able to be repeated after the first time activation. Which means that when
the first action has been triggered, then after 5 seconds, the same action is triggered again.
The VGA delay will be counted from the beginning. If there are 2 blackboard writing and 2
VGA have been set up at “Network” and continuous mode. Users should manually configure
the commend codes via the software and the codes which should be identical with
blackboard writing and VGA detection codes.
Note: The commend codes of blackboard writing and VGA detection are the first 2 codes.
