In order to make the ordering of spare parts as effective and safe as possible, please
provide the best possible information about the following details:

• Our part number
• Number of units required
• Your shipment address
• Preferred shipment method
• Required date of delivery from us
For certain spare parts (typically complete units, printed circuit boards and software) the
vessel name is also useful, as this allows us to update our vessel database.
