AIR SUSPENSION SEAT (WITH LOW BACK SEAT, HEATER, AND VENTILATION FUNCTION)
(if equipped)
(A) Fore-and-aft adjustment
Pull lever (1) up, set the seat to the desired position, then release
the lever.
Fore-and-aft adjustment: 152.4 mm (6 in) (12.7 mm (0.5 in) x 12
stages)
(B) Adjusting seat angle
Move lever (2) up, move the seat cushion at the front up or down
to set to the desired position, then release the lever.
Amount of adjustment
Forward tilt: 5 deg.
Rear tilt: 5 deg.
(C) Adjusting reclining angle
Operate lever (3) up and move the back cushion to the front or rear.
But your back firmly against the seat back when performing this
adjustment. If you move your back away from the seat back, the
seat back may suddenly spring forward.
Amount of adjustment
Forward tilt: 20 deg. (over 20 deg. is free)
Rear tilt: 20 deg.
(D) Adjusting weight and height of seat
Turn the engine starting switch to ON position when performing adjustments since the air compressor built in the
seat is used for this adjustment.
NOTICE
Do not operate the switch continuously for 1 minute or longer. Doing so can damage the air compressor.
The seat height adjustment uses an air system, and it can be
adjusted steplessly.
Adjust the suspension strength and seat height by pressing the
switch (4).
Press left side (a) of switch: RAISE
Press right side (b) of switch: LOWER
Release the switch at desired height of the seat.
Amount of adjustment: 72 mm (2.8 in)
REMARK
When the seat is low or when the machine has not been used for
a while, it takes time to raise the seat to desired height,since no air
is in the suspension.
You can adjust the seat to desired height more quickly by pressing
the switch while reducing the load on the seat.
