15. Alarm Codes and Corrective Actions

AL-1
Shipment
adjustment / user
set data error
Data has been destroyed or the
circuit board is faulty.
Request for repair.
AL-3
Auto close
activated
The supply of gas stopped during
control. Or, 5 minutes have passed
with no pressure difference.
To stop the supply of gas, set the
operation mode to the fully closed
mode or reset the set flow rate to zero.
This will prevent counterflow.
AL-4
Upper limit alarm Insufficient flow rate alarm delay
time, unstable gas supply
pressure, faulty valve, faulty
circuit board, faulty sensor.
Review the settings such as
lengthening the delay time.
AL-5
Lower limit alarm Insufficient flow rate alarm delay
time, insufficient or excessive
differential pressure, allowable
ambient temperature exceeded.
If causes listed on the left side do not
apply, request for repair.
