Instantaneous flow rate indication
The present flow rate is indicated.
The unit of indication is based on the ordered scaling (ex. 1.000 in the case of 1 SLM).
When the operation mode is changed, the operation mode is indicated for a certain
time.

SP No. set(Controller type only)
This equipment can hold six SPs (set points) maximum.
※ When the SP No. is being shown, if no key is operated for 10 seconds, the indication
will automatically change to the instantaneous flow rate.
