Opening the waist-level viewfinder

Open the waist-level viewfinder to use it. You can also use the pop-up loupe to magnify your view.

Gently pull the top of the waist-level viewfinder that is closest to the imaging module.

The viewfinder locks open.

Important: Do not pick up or hold the Leaf AF

camera system by the viewfinder.

To open the pop-up loupe, gently lift the tab on the upper-right side of the waist-level viewfinder.

The pop-up loupe opens and locks in place.

Changing the focusing screen and mask

The Leaf AF

camera system comes with an AF High D focusing screen. You can switch the screen with other

optional Leaf AF

camera system screens, according to preference.

Remove the viewfinder from the camera.

Pull the viewfinder frame up by gently pulling the pin on each side of the viewfinder frame toward
the back of the camera and then pull them upward.

The front end of the viewfinder frame comes up.
