Unable to change the exposure time and aperture settings
When using a non-AFD lens, the exposure time and aperture settings are not adjusted on the handgrip
display when you move the front dial.
The lens aperture ring must be set to A.
Turn and lock the lens aperture ring to A.
You can now change the settings using the front dial.
Handgrip and viewfinder displays are not illuminated
The display's backlight is turned off.
Set the
LCD BACKLIGHT
to
ON
or
AUTO
.
The handgrip and viewfinder displays are lit.
Overexposed shots
Shots are overexposed when using autoexposure.
Extraneous light falling on the viewfinder is affecting your shots.
1.
Keep extraneous light off the viewfinder when exposing your shot.
2.
If necessary, use EV compensation.
Your shots are properly exposed.
