Setup of the HPLC Pump K–1001

The display shows information about the current status of the pump, such as
the flow rate, the measured pressure or the current status of the running
program. It serves as a control instrument when entering data.
Pumping can be started or stopped by pressing the key START/STOP, see
{2.1}, using the preset values. The foil key PURGE, see {2.2}, allows immediate
access to the purging function of the pump.
You can use the keys for entering data and control the execution of programs.

Pump Heads and Hydraulic Connections
All hydraulic connections are on the front panel of the HPLC Pump K–1001, see
Abb. 3. For connecting eluents to the pump head see section „Connecting the
HPLC Pump K–1001 to other Instruments“ and Fig. 19 on page 26.
