In case you change back to RS-232 or LAN, you are re-setting the standard set-
tings. The pump does not start with activated flow. The flow stops if the short-
circuit connection GROUND and START IN is active.
Prerequisite:
Interfaces ANALOG IN, GROUND and START IN/GROUND of the pin header
were connected.
Status display is active.
Result:
When setting is finished, the status display appears. The display shows a
star symbol to the left of the flow rate.
Next steps:
To deactive analog control, enter “0” instead of “1” as parameter for
EXTCONTR.
Controlling the Flow Rate
To control the flow rate by an external control voltage, you need to select ANA-
LOG control in the menu.
Prerequisite:
The pump is connected to the power supply.
Process:
1. Apply control voltage.
2. Press the Start/Stop button, so as to start the pump. The star symbol on the
display of the pump indicates that the pump is working with an externally
controlled flow rate.
3. To stop the pump, press the start/stop key again.
