OPERATION

→ Safety Valve:
If the pressure switch does not shut off
the air compressor at its „cut-out“ pressure setting. the
safety valve will „pop out“ at the factory set pressure to
protect against high pressure. Which is slightly higher
than the pressure switch „cut-out“ pressure setting.

→ Discharge Pressure Gauge:
The discharge pressure gauge
shows the air pressure that is available at the outlet
side of the regulator. This pressure is controlled by the
regulator and it is always less than or equal to the tank
pressure.
Discharge Pressure Gauge
→ Tank Pressure Gauge:
The tank pressure shows the
reserve air pressure in the tank.
Tank Pressure Gauge
→ Regulator:
Controls the air pressure shown on the outlet
pressure gauge. Turn clockwise to increase pressure
and counterclockwise to decrease pressure. Thread nut
against knob to lock in place.

→ Breather Set:
Before starting the compressor please re-
place the transportation cap and insert the breather set.

→ Oil Sight Gauge:
Check before each use to ensure that
the proper amount of oil is in the compressor.
