Setting sound level
In this menu, the volume of activation and alarm tones can be set. These settings are global.
The function
Activation tone volume
serves to adjust
the volume of the sound which indicates activation of
an HF current. The sound itself is audible, so that the
volume can be adjusted to an acceptable value. The
display shows a bar and the relative value in percent.
As the sound has a safety function, it cannot be
turned down arbitrarily. The applicable standard
IEC 60601-2-2 prescribes a minimum of 40 dB(A).
For this reason, reduction of the volume to less than
40% is not possible.
This function is used to adjust the volume of the
alarm tone
