11 Limit conditions for mowers
The mower belongs to the repaired objects and has a limiting state of two types:
- The first type is the kind that temporarily stops the operation of the mower for its intended
purpose and sends it for medium or major repairs. This can happen if the parts and
components of the non-skeleton product fail: the drive, the cutting device, the cardan shaft,
etc., parts and components that can be replaced after they fail.
- The second type is the kind at which the mower is finally stopped for its intended purpose
and transferred to a non-intended application or disposal. This occurs when the fracture, the
appearance of cracks or significant deformation of the frame. The critical value of the frame
deformation is determined on the basis of:
- ability of the moving parts of the mower to rotate freely and without jamming and mashing
and to perform the technological process,
- ability to safely operate the product,
- ability to set the required settings for work.
In case of difficulties in determining critical deformations, you should contact a specialized
dealer center or the service department of JSC “Klever”.
When any number of cracks appear on the frame, it is necessary to stop the work, to deliver
the mower to a specialized workshop for inspection and repair by a specialist. If necessary,
contact the service department of JSC “Klever”.
When the frame is destroyed or we recommend that you stop using the product for its
intended purpose and dispose of it.
