9 Storage
Storage of the mower is carried out in specially equipped machine yards, open areas, under
canopies and in enclosed spaces. The storage location should be located at a distance of at
least 50 m from residential, storage, production facilities and storage areas for flammable
agricultural products, and at least 150 m from the storage of fuels and lubricants.
Open areas and canopies for storing the mower must be located on level, dry, non-flooded
places with a strong surface or with a hard surface. The slope of the storage surface is not
more than 3º. The storage place must be protected and provided with fire fighting means.
The mower in the original packaging can be stored indoors for up to 1 year. If it is necessary
to store more than 1 year or in an open area under a canopy for a period of more than 2
months, and after the operating season, it is necessary to perform the appropriate maintenance
with the mandatory performance of conservation, sealing and removal of individual components
requiring storage.
When storing the mower, conditions must be ensured for convenient inspection and
maintenance, and, if necessary, rapid removal from storage. The staging for long-term storage
and removal from storage is formalized by the acceptance certificate, with an annex of the
inventory of assembly units and parts dismantled for storage in a warehouse and spare parts.
For long-term storage, the mower must be placed no later than 10 days after the end of the
season of its operation.
The condition of the mower should be checked during storage: in closed rooms - at least 1
time in 2 months, on open areas (under a canopy) - monthly.
At placement for storage, storage, withdrawal from storage, it is necessary to carry out the
measures according to para. 8.2.2., 8.2.3, 8.2.4 of this OM, respectively.
Storage rules shall be in accordance with GOST 7751-2009.
If the consumer does not comply with the storage conditions of the mower, the
manufacturer has the right to remove the machine from warranty service .
