ZCV39GT/ ZCV42GT Glass Tray Setup
Parts List: [1] Glass Tray,[1] Pilot Shield, [1] Glass Retainer, [3] DT Screws.
NOTE: To use with Refractory Liners, refer to
Cutting Refractory Liners
page in manual.
Installation: Remove Log Holder and Log Grate.
Place Glass Tray over Burner. Insert Pilot Cover into slots in Glass Tray.
DO NOT COVER PILOT SHIELD AREA WITH MEDIA.

Failure to position the parts in accordance with these diagrams or failure to use only parts
specifically approved with this appliance may result in property damage or personal injury.
Visually Inspect Pilot Shield Monthly
for signs of deterioration due to flame
exposure. Replace if necessary.
Glass Retainer may be attached to Glass Tray if desired.
Glass Tray sits behind Door Latch Screws.
