Remove four #8 Torx flat head screws holding the PSU to the rear panel.

Rotate the rear panel away from the left side of the chassis, as shown below.

Remove the #8 Torx flat head screw holding the PSU end bracket to the rear
panel.

While holding the rear panel firmly in one hand, pull the PSU/end
bracket/shield assembly out of its chassis connector, in the direction shown
below.
