transceiver.

After trying the rig for a while, settle back in your most

YOUR FIRST QSO

Switch ON the DC power supply, then
press the

switch.

Turn the

VOL

and

SQL

controls to

approximately 9 o’clock.

Press

[BAND]

to select the VHF or

UHF band.

Turn the

Tuning

control to select a

frequency.

Press and hold Mic

[PTT]

, then speak

in a normal tone of voice.

Release Mic

to receive.
