CAUTION
Functional incapacity of the brake
It is very important to comply with the minimum thread depth of the end shield (refer to the
Mounting data, Page 14 table).
If the required thread depth is not maintained, the fastening screws may run onto the
thread root. This has the effect that the required pre-load force is no longer established –
the brake is no longer securely fastened!
The material of the end shield must have a tensile strength of R
