The air gap in the default (delivered) condition results from the total tolerance of the individual parts after the brake
is mounted. When checking the air gap, the feeler gauge must not be inserted deeper than 15 mm into the air gap
between the armature plate and the stator.

If a hub is used, its moment of inertia must also be taken into account.
