Explanation of buttons, control box exterior
“
Quick Stop
” botton
By pressing the “quick stop” button, the KHS Logic Control Systems stops all ongoing water changing processes
and closes all valves. To get back to normal operation, the system needs to be put to “ready” again and the
error entry in the webserver needs to be redeemed (see chapter 3.1.16).
Once that is done, the system is ready for operation again and executes all configured water changes as desired.
Illuminated push botton “
Ready
“
The illuminated push button "Ready", along with the function described above, is needed to start the system
after the installation and commissioning. It indicates the ready status if it is illuminated.
Signal light
“Manual”
If the manual mode is activated, it is indicated by the signal light.
Signal light
“Automatic”
If the automatic mode is activated, it is indicated by the signal light.
Error signal light
The "Error" signal light is illuminated if one of the listed errors occurs in the system:
- No valve feedback (open)
- No valve feedback (close)
- Drain overflow
- No B-valve assigned
- System in quick stop mode
- Fuse in control cabinet activated
