DRILLS OVERVIEW
The following section provides a number of cycling drills to use in Keiser M3/M3i indoor cycling classes.
Modify the drills based on your own creativity and the needs of the riders. Keeping exercise physiology
in mind, the drills can be made more or less intense by increasing or decreasing the recovery times.

When implementing drills properly in a workout, complete the following instructing steps:
