1)
Go to
Settings > Camera > PTZ > Guard Tour.
2)
Check “
Enable
” and select mode from the drop-down list.
3)
Set Waiting Time according to the mode.
4)
Click
“
Save
”.
4.2.4 Restricted Patrol
Restricted Patrol includes Manual and Auto modes. After enabling this function, user can define borders of
PTZ patrol.

Setting steps:
1) Go to
Settings > Camera > PTZ > Restricted Patrol.
2) Check
“Manual” or “Auto”. Adjust the PTZ to a proper position and set it as the
Left Limit
. Adjust the PTZ
again to another position and set it as the
Right Limit.
3) Settings take effect right after configuration. To clear limits, set one position both as the left and the right
limit, then the limits will be cleared.
4) When checking
Manual
, user can control the PTZ manually to make it rotate between the left and the
right limits only; when checking
Auto
, the PTZ will rotate in pan direction only between the left and the right
limits.
4.2.5 Path Mode
Path Mode means the camera patrols around all the valid preset patrol spots on a path. After enabling this
function, clicking any PTZ control button will disable this function. Currently, the camera supports 8 paths
and each path allows max 32 presets.
