The LEDs represent: 

LED1 for: Output relay 1 (K1) switched

Power LED: Operating voltage

8.2.3  

Relay output module LED display

The LEDs on the relay output module indicate the current state of  
the relay output. If the output is active, the LED is on.  
If the output is passive, the LED is off.

In KBR eBus scan mode, all four output LEDs flash.

In module detection mode, the output LEDs generate  
a chase light effect.
