7.Final reduction mechanism/reverse gear mechanism

 

 

 

 

Press the drive shaft out of the gear box. 

Remove the oil seal from the gear box. 

Use the inner pull-out bearing extractor to remove  

the drive shaft bearing from the cover. 

 

 

 

 

 

Special tools: 

Internal pull-out bearing extractor. 

 

 

If the bearing of the drive shaft is still connected to  

the shaft when the drive shaft is pressed out, the  

bearing needs to be pulled out with an externally  

drawn bearing extractor and shaft protector. 

Special tools: 

Universal bearing extractor or externally drawn  

bearing extractor. 

Shaft guard. 

 

 

 

Install a new drive shaft bearing on the gear box. 

Then install the drive shaft. 

 

NOTE

 

 

Press the drive shaft out of the gear box, and 
use a shaft guard during operation.
