Final deceleration mechanism/reverse

gear mechanism decomposition

Drain the gear oil and remove the clutch

Remove the gear box cover bolts (M6X35) X10, and

remove the gear box cover and final drive shaft.

Remove the gasket and positioning pin.

Remove the drive shaft, intermediate shaft, output

shaft, shift gear set, shift shaft, shift drum and fork

Final reduction mechanism/reverse gear

mechanism inspection

Check the disassembled gears and shift shaft sets for

wear or damage.

Gear shaft group inspection

Check the removed gears for wear or damage.
