4.Cylinder head/valve

Cylinder head removal

Remove the fan cover.

Remove the engine cooling cover (bolt x4)

Remove the camshaft

Remove the 2 bolts on the left side of the cylinder head.

Remove the cylinder head gasket and 2 positioning pins.

Remove the chain guide.

Remove all the debris from the gasket on the joint

surface of the cylinder and the cylinder head.

Blow-by gas conduit
