7.Final reduction mechanism/reverse gear mechanism

 

‐

 

 

 

 

Check whether the drive shaft and gears are worn or  

damaged. 

 

Bearing replacement

 

 

 

 

 

When pulling out the gearbox bearings or the bearings  

on the cover, the following special tools are required: 

Internally drawn bearing extractor 

 

 

 

Install the new bearing into the gearbox or cover. 

Special tools: 

Press into the bearing with a C-shaped press or  

bearing knock-in jig.

 

NOTE

 

 

Never assemble used bearings. Once the 
bearings are removed, they must be replaced.
