8.3 "FAIL" error messages
The error messages listed in the table below will cause a program abort. Sterilisation
has not been completed.
The Alarm LED lights up.
Malfunction

FAIL AL 1
Solenoid valve 1 is damaged.
▶ Contact customer service.
FAIL AL 2
Solenoid valve 2 is damaged.
▶ Contact customer service.
FAIL AL 3
Solenoid valve 3 is damaged.
▶ Contact customer service.
FAIL AL 4
Solenoid valve 4 is damaged.
▶ Contact customer service.
FAIL AL 5
Depressurisation is too slow.
▶ Avoid excessive loads or loss of
pressure.
▶ Carry out cleaning.
FAIL AL 6
Vacuum build-up is too slow.
▶ Carry out cleaning.
FAIL AL 7
Door was not closed properly on
starting up.
▶ Close the door and restart.
FAIL AL 8
Air in the chamber.
▶ Check the door seal.
▶ Clean the seal.
▶ Run a vacuum test when the unit
is cold.
FAIL AL 9
Countdown interrupted for more
than 60 seconds during sterilisation
phase.
▶ Check the door seal.
▶ Clean if necessary and run a va‐
cuum test when the unit is cold.
FAIL AL 10
Pressure is too high.
▶ Contact customer service.

Pressure is too low.
▶ Check the door seal.
▶ Clean if necessary and run a va‐
cuum test when the unit is cold.

Temperature is too high.
▶ Carry out cleaning.
