4.4.1
Energy-saving mode
If the KEY Laser 3+ / III upgraded Is not used for five minutes, and the device goes
into energy saving mode. The cooling fan is turned off, and the display changes.
When the touch screen is touched at any location, readiness for operation is a story.
4.5
Using the touchscreen
The following generally holds true for using the touchscreen:
All fields with frames that have rounded edges function as keys. The keys must be
gently touched in the middle. Each time a key is successfully touched, you hear a
brief beep.
The keys DETECT and FEEDBACK also serve as display elements:
A bright field background means On.
A dark field background means Off.
Use the arrow keys under a number to change its value. Increase,
reduce
the value corresponding to the given scale. Once the maximum or minimum is
reached, the arrow keys disappear, and two beeps sound.
Apply continuous pressure to the key to continuously change the values.
A maximum of six lines can be shown in selection windows.
Note
A selection bar that can be moved with the arrows always marks a selection option.
