Air filter maintenance is necessary when the yellow piston inside the maintenance indicator

➤ Check the air filter maintenance indicator.
If the yellow piston reaches the red zone, clean or renew the filter element.
Cleaning the air filter
1. Remove the wing nut

and washer

2. Remove the cover

3. Take out the filter element

.
4. Clean the cover.
5. Clean the element.
Cleaning:
■ by tapping to remove course dirt
─ Tap on the ball of the hand.
■ by blowing out (as required)
─ Use dry compressed air (≤ 5 bar) at an angle to blow dirt from the element from inside
to outside.
6. Clean sealing faces.
7. Push the filter element over the threaded stud and seat it on the inlet valve

8. Replace the cover.
