• Control of mains power supply.
• Control the fine-wire fuse in STERE.
• Mains failure and/or emergency battery discharged.
• Sliding wing is mechanically blocked.
• Operating mode MANUAL or NIGHT.
• Control element defective (LED OKx is not illuminating when element is actuated).
• Locking is not released.
• Manual locking is still engaged.
• EMERGENCY STOP jumper on STERE not inserted (LED SI is illuminating).
• EMERGENCY STOP triggered (LED SI is illuminating).
• Operating mode MANUAL or OPEN.
• Closing procedure obstructed.
• Light barrier defective, cut or incorrectly connected (LED SI is illuminating).
• Manual unlocking actuated.
• EMERGENCY STOP triggered (LED SI is illuminating).
• Light barrier jumper on STERE has not been inserted (LED SI is illuminating).
• Presence detector is continuously triggered (LED SI is illuminating.).
• Radar is continuously triggered. Remove object, re-adjust radar (LED OKx is illuminating).
• Key command on locking (LED OKx is illuminating).
• Pay attention to the reciprocal interaction of the presence sensors.
• The programmed hold-open time is too long.
• During the closing procedure, the door has repeatedly detected an obstacle (it is kept waiting
one minute in the open position).
• Check emergency opening element.
• Opening respectively closing speed has not been correctly programmed.
• Emergency battery operation.
• Obstacle detection has been triggered.
• DIP-Switch 4 on ON.
• After resetting of DIP-Switch 4 on OFF: no Reset carried out
• Reduced opening activ.
• Obstruction of door: remove obstacle
• Hold-open time has not been correctly programmed.

Malfunction
An alleged error may by all means also be due to „correct“ causes. for this reason the list
shown hereafter has been established, which contains the probable or already encoun-
tered irregular functioning, their possible causes as well as the corrective action (error
elimination) to be taken.
