2.6 ADJUSTMENT OF THE WIDE-ANGLE LIMIT POSITION
• This is to adjust the wide-angle limit position for the zoom ring. This instrument is delivered after the camera has been adjusted.
Thus, there are no adjustment needs except for the replacement of the lens assemblies.
• This unit uses a variable-focal lens, if the wide-angle limit position is not in the right position, the correct focus may not be
obtained depending on the zoom position. Thus, the following adjustment must be performed when replacing the lens assem-
bly.
(1) Loosen the wide-angle limit setting screw

(4) While aligning the wide-angle limit setting

to the edge of the zoom ring to set
the limit position, tighten the screw.
(2) Turn the focus ring of the lens to the

(3) Bring a subject at a distance of 3 meters into
focus (A distance of over 3 m can be consid-
ered as infinity (
