(1) Move the ADJUST Menu cursor to “END”.
(2) Press the “LEFT” or “RIGHT” button to set
the END setting to “MEMORY”.
(3) Press the “SET” button to save the adjust-
ment, and the SERVICE MENU will be dis-
played.
(4) Move the SERVICE MENU cursor to “END”
and press the “SET” button to exit the menu
screen.
* Set the END setting to “CLEAR” and press
the “SET” button, the adjustment will then
not be put into the memory and a return will
be made to the value that was in place be-
fore the adjustment was made.

When the color bar chart is of the Reflective Type:
(1) Move the ADJUST menu cursor to the ALC
LEVEL, then adjust the white level to 100%
by using the LEFT and RIGHT buttons. (Later
on the adjustment values will be returned to
the original values, so write down the adjust-
ment values).
(2) Move the ADJUST menu cursor to C GAIN,
then adjust the red level of the color bar to
300 mVp-p.
(3) Move the ADJUST menu cursor to the ALC
LEVEL, then return the ALC LEVEL to its origi-
nal value.
