2.5 ADJUST MODE
To make electrical adjustments, select the ADJUST mode from
the SERVICE MENU. (See page 1-5 “1.9 SERVICE MENU”)
2.5.1
How to use the ADJUST Mode
(1) Start-up
1) From the SERVICE MENU, select the “DOWN” button
and move the “>” cursor to “ADJUST”.
2) Press the “SET” button to set the ADJUST mode (Fig. 2-5-1).
(2) Adjustments
1) Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to move the cursor
to the item you wish to adjust.
2) Press the “LEFT” or “RIGHT” button to adjust to a specified
value. For the items of which settings are changed, “*” will
appear between the cursor and the item name. When these
changes have been saved, the “*” will disappear.
(3) Saving the Settings
1) Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to move the cursor
to “END”.
2) Press the “LEFT” or “RIGHT” button to set the END
setting to “MEMORY”.
3) Press the “SET” button to save the adjusted values.
NOTE :
If the END setting is cleared and if the “SET” button
is pressed, the initial screen of the SERVICE MENU
will be resumed without saving the adjusted values.

How to use the ADJUST Mode with the RM-P2580
An adjustment can be executed by triggering the SERVICE
MENU from the RM-2580 when this is used.
(1) Start-up
1) Press the “MENU” button on the RM-P2580 for three
seconds to open the SETUP screen (see fig.2-5-2).
2) Use the “PAN/TILT” control lever to move the cursor to
“CAMERA”.
3) If the “SET” button is pressed on the RM-P2580 and
then the “ENTER” button is pressed four times within
four seconds, the SERVICE MENU will appear.
4) Use the “PAN/TILT” control lever to move the cursor to
“ADJUST”.
5) Press the “SET” button on the RM-P2580 to enter the
ADJUST mode (Fig. 2-5-1).
(2) Adjustment and Saving the Settings
Follow the same steps as described in 2.5.1 (2) and (3) ex-
cept that the ”PAN/TILT control lever is used in place of the
“UP”, ”DOWN”, ”LEFT”, ”RIGHT” buttons, and the “SET
button on the RM-P2580 is used in place of the “SET” but-
ton. To exit from the SETUP screen, press the “MENU”
button on the RM-P2580.
