Example of the “Double Ring” signal
Minimum On Time = Measured On signal - 20%
Maximum On Time = Measured On 20%
Minimum Off Time = Measured Off signal - 20%
Maximum Off Time = Measured Off 20%
When a special ring tone is used the maximum Off signal duration must
be less than the maximum Off signal duration for a normal ring signal.
If not, change the order of these two signals in the “Ring Signals”
section of the System Parameters.
Save the values by means of the “Save” menu, and then press Server.
To finish the process, reactivate the relevant ports by pressing F2.
9.3 Various System Parameters
Go into the “Maintenance” menu and select the “System Parameters” option.

Click “Ports”.
Play Volume:
This is the volume level at which messages are played. Default value is 8
and the advised range is between 7 and 9.
The default values are optimum values and it is recommended not to change them.

Click “System Settings II”.
Reset Time (Hour):
Select the time for the daily system reset. The duration of this process may
vary depending on: number of mailboxes, mailboxes to be removed and
memory capacity. For installations using hundreds of mailboxes this may
require up to 15 minutes. For this reason it is recommended to select a time
at which telephone activity is low (midnight for example, which is obtained by
typing in the value “0”).
