 menu on the main screen, and then select

Created Mailboxes:

   Total number of mailboxes in the system. 

Used Mailboxes:

  

Active mailboxes. Includes mailboxes with modified 
password and/or customized greeting message. 

Incoming messages:

  Number of messages left in mailboxes. 

Email notifications:

 

Number of e-mail notifications. 

Total Calls:

 

Number of calls attended by the auto attendant. 

Abandoned Calls:

 

Calls attended by the auto attendant which hang up 
during the message. 

Operator Calls

Calls directed towards the human operator. 

Extension Calls:

 

Calls which select an extension number.  

 

 
 

Click the buttons located on the right hand side in order to:  

 

Titles: 

edit the titles of the different registers. 

Reset: 

reset all data to zero 

Print: 

print the information

 

Graph: 

view a graphical representation of the data 

Export: 

copy the data to a text file.
