The unit then asks for the password for the maintenance menu. By default
this is 9999.

The system then plays the maintenance menu. Press
“To record auto
attendant welcome messages”
and follow the instructions given.

6.7 Statistics
The unit incorporates built-in counters.
These counters are used to store the different selections made by callers in the
automatic attendant.
•
In the main window, click the
Reports
menu and then select
Statistics
and
the following screen appears.

The
0
to
9
,
*
and
#
options are associated to keys 0 to 9, * and #.

The Time Out counter counts the number of “No Reactions”.

The Extension counter counts the times a caller reached the desired
extension by directly dialing the number.

The Total Calls counter counts the total number of calls that have
reached the automatic attendant.

Titles
to edit the default title for each counter.

Reset
to return the counters to zero.

for printed details of each counter.

Graph
to see a graphic representation.
