ATC(Auto Tool  Changer)  Unit

q

Fix the nozzle on the ATC unit.

w

Align the hole of the ATC  base w ith that of the slide plate, then put the tie-up belt
through these holes.    Tighten the tie-up belt.    Make sure that the slide plate is fixed
and all nozzle cannot be removed.

e

Cover the nozzle with air cap so that it cannot move, then paste adhesive tapes over
the air cap to fix them.
