Check the pellet load values, they may be
excessive and cause overheating inside
the stove cladding.

Check the heat exchange fan is working
properly, otherwise it can cause
overheating inside the stove cladding.

Check that the installation room is well
ventilated.

Check that the slots on the back of the
stove are clean to allow input of cooling
air.

The device continuously remained on for over 24 hours.

Thoroughly clean all the parts and then
turn the device back on.
