How does the STAND-BY mode work?
The STD-BY allows the stove to be switched off when it reaches the temperature value set in section 4. The OFF Delta, is the temperature
differential between the SET ambient temperature and the actual ambient temperature. Therefore if, for instance, the SET ambient
temperature is 19°C, with an OFF Delta of 2°C and a switch-off delay of 5’, when the ambient temperature remains above 21°C for at least
5 minutes, the stove will switch off. It will remain in STD-BY until the ambient temperature reaches -1°C of the SET ambient temperature
which will trigger automatic start-up of the stove.
It is recommended to enable the STD-BY function only if the ambient conditions are favourable; excessive start-ups and switch offs during
the day reduces the performance of the stove and leads to wasting of energy.
