3.2 PNEUMATIC
INSTALLATION
THE AIR INSTALLATION MUST BE
PERFORMED ONLY BY LICENSED
PERSONNEL.
The machine requires an air pressure of 8
to 12 bar (110-170 psi), as marked on the
plate of the machine and on a sticker
attached to the cabinet next to the air
inlet.
Ensure that the line pressure is within the
limits required by the machine.
If the air pressure is lower than the mini-
mum required of 8 bar (110psi) the
clamping power of the turntable and the
bead breaker power may be insufficient
for certain tIres.
Althoungh the machine is equipped with
an air filter and lubricator, it is suggested
that the air supply be equipped with an
additional water separator to reduce the
amount of water at the air inlet.
BEFORE CONNECTING THE MA-
CHINE TO THE AIR SUPPLY BE
SURE THAT NOTHING IS LEFT ON
THE TURNTABLE AREA
(TOOLS,ETC).
After ensuring all the above proceed as
follows:

La machine, comme le montre la
plaquette du constructeur et l'éti-
quette mise à proximité du bran-
chement de l'air, fonctionne avec
alimentation pneumatique à une
pression de 8 à 12 bar.
Contrôler si la pression du réseau est
dans les limites demandées.
Si la pression de l'air est plus basse
que le minimum demandé de 8 bar
(110 psi) la force de blocage de l'au-
tocentreur et la force du détalonneur
peuvent être insuffisantes pour cer-
tains pneus. Même si la machine est
fournies d’un filtre-graisseur standard,
on conseille de monter sur le réseau
de l'air comprimé un filtre supplé-
mentaire pour réduire la quantité
d'eau dans le réseau.
AVANT DE RELIER LA MACHINE
AU RÉSEAU DE L’AIR COMPRIMÉ,
CONTRÔLER QUE RIEN NE SOIT
LAISSÉ SUR L’AUTOCENTREUR
(OUTILISETE).
Après avoir effectué tous ces contrô-
les, procéder comme il suit:

Die Maschine ist für einen Pneuma-
tikbetrieb mit einem Druck von 8 bis
12 bar ausgelegt, wie es auch auf
dem Maschinenschild und auf dem
in der Nähe des Druckluftanschlusses
angebrachten Etikett angegeben ist.
Zunächst sicherstellen, daß sich der
Druck der Leitung innerhalb des für
die Maschine vorgeschriebenen
Druckbereichs befindet. Sollte der
Druck niedriger als die Mindest-
anforderung von 8 bar sein, können
sich die Spannkraft der Spannvor-
richtung und die Preßkraft des
Abdrückers bei einigen Reifen als un-
zureichend erweisen. Auch wenn das
Gerät serienmäßig mit einem Fil-
ter/Luftöler ausgerüstet ist, empfiehlt
es sich, die Druckluftleitung mit einem
Zusatzfilter auszustatten, um die Kon-
denz-wassermenge in der leitung zu
vermindern.
