LUBRICATING YOUR GYM EQUIPMENT:
It is recommended to clean and lubricate your guide rods
every 1-3 months
to ensure sm
ooth movement and keep the cables as good as possible.
Steps:
1)
Clean the guide rods with a rag or towel;
2)
Spray each rod with a
silicone lubricant
which is for strength equipment;
3)
Wipe off excess with a rag.
Note: It is
forbidden
to use machinery oil, otherwise after days of exposure, an oil
can turn in to more of a honing compound than a lubricating medium caused by
tiny dust particles from the air.

Cables are wearable items. It is your responsibility to prevent unexpected breakage. Cable
inspection should be performed daily. Inspect all cables and pulleys, and the area near the fitting
at each end of each cable. Replace any damaged or worn cable immediately. Do not allow the
machine to be used until these are replaced.

All parts and functions should be checked regularly to ensure correct operation.

If you experience problems, first recheck the assembly instructions to locate any possible errors

During inspection, please make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened firmly.

Remember to check and make sure all welds are crack-free.
