Low vacuum or the pump is
continuously running.
Lack of liquid in the pump.
Fill the pump with water. Check for leakage and repair.
Clogged macerator.
Remove the clogging.
Foaming in the pump due to excessive
soap or similar in the system.
Run freshwater through the pump until the foaming
disappears.
Water is leaking from the pump.
Defective shaft seal.
Check and replace the shaft seal.
Frequent start and stop of the pump.
The flap valve does not close properly.
Clean the flap valve, or replace it if it is damaged.
Leakage in the vacuum pipes or
defective vacuum valve in the toilets or
interface tanks.
Detect leakage and repair.
Tripped motor circuit breaker.
Overload of the electric motor.
Detect the reason for the overload and repair.
Running time alarm (if installed).
Preset allowed running time has
exceeded.
Check if there are leakages in the system, or adjust allowed
running time if required.
