Remove the rotating part of the shaft
seal (21B).
Important: Do not touch ceramic
surfaces on the shaft seal. Residue
will affect operation.

Remove the flange

Remove the stationary part of the
shaft seal (21A) from the flange

Remove the eight nuts (3.1) from
the suction chamber.

Remove the cover

suction chamber.

Remove the O-ring

from the
cover

Remove the nut (37), the flange (38)
and the O-ring (39).

Remove the flap valve from the
suction chamber

Remove the two nuts (36), the plate
(35) and the rubber flap (34) from the
flap valve (33).

Remove the four screws (23)
holding the motor flange.

Remove the stator (27) and the
spacer sleeve (28).

Remove the motor flange (25).
Gentle use of a rubber mallet
may be required. Remove the
sealing ring (22).
