Position the suction chamber

Secure the suction chamber by
tightening the four hex screws

in a cross formation.
Remove the service jig and place
the pump on a flat horizontal
surface.

Insert the fan (31).

Assemble the fan cover (32).

Inspect the pump, replace worn parts if
necessary.

The pump does not start.
Clogged macerator.
Remove the clogging.
Power failure.
Check the power supply.
Motor circuit breaker tripped.
Reset the motor circuit breaker and locate the cause.
Lack of vacuum in the system.
Leakage in the vacuum pipes or
defective vacuum valve in the toilets or
interface tanks.
Detect leakage and repair.
Clogged macerator.
Remove the clogging.
Build-up of mineral scale in the pipes
or the pump(s).
Carry out descaling of the pipes and pump(s).
