Uconnect™ Phone (IF EQUIPPED)
Uconnect™ Phone Overview
Uconnect™ Phone is a voice-activated, hands-free, in-
vehicle communications system.
The Uconnect™ Phone system is fully integrated with the
vehicles audio system. The radio display will be used for
visual prompts from the Uconnect™ Phone system such
as phone battery status, signal strength and caller ID if
supported by the connected phone. Uconnect™ Phone
allows you to dial a phone number with your cellular
phone using simple voice commands (e.g., “Call” …
“Jim” …Work” or “Dial” … “248-555-1212”). Your cellu-
lar phone’s audio is transmitted through your vehicle’s
audio system; the system will automatically mute your
radio when using the Uconnect™ Phone system.
NOTE: Your phone may not support all available
Uconnect™ Phone features.
