roller needs to be the same), and the locking screws on both sides of the plate
swing support are loosened. The fixed sleeves at both ends of the plate roller are
respectively loaded into the inner holes of the swing supports on both sides. The
adjustment of the plate roller is parallel to ink vibrating roller. The locking
screws on the swing supports are firmly tightened, and the tightening screws on the
eccentric sleeve are adjusted at both ends. Into the ring slot and tighten.

3.3.6、Installation of Water fountain roller 15

Fig.3.3.6 Installation of Water fountain roller 15

Installation Method: See Fig.3.3.6, Remove the bearing support cover on the inner

side of the operating side of the machine, install the two ends of the water

fountain roller in place (the side of the gear on the water fountain roller is the

operating side), and screw the driving side fastening screw. Reload the bearing

support cover of the operating side as mentioned above, tighten the fixed screw on

the cover, tighten the driving side fastening screw. (Note that the bearing cover

and support are paired parts that need to be used in combination with the serial

number).
